1. How can I access the platform?
In order to start using ILDE2/edCrumble for free you need to do two steps after loading the following webpage https://ilde2.upf.edu/edcrumble/ . First you need to "Sign Up" (filling out a short questionnaire) and then you will be ready for "Log In" to the platform with your personal credentials. Check the following two video tutorials!
2. In which languages is available ILDE2/edCrumble?
ILDE2/edCrumble is available in ENGLISH, SPANISH and CATALAN. Check the next video to see how to change the language of the platform! (<1min)
3. What can I do in the ILDE2/edCrumble environment?
You can CREATE new learning designs (planning your lessons, designing new activities...), ACCESS your stored designs, SHARE your designs with others, INTERACT with the community and check ANALYTICS for improving your lesson plans and activities! in the next video you will learn how to navigate through the ILDE2/edCrumble environment. Whereas next video (2 min) will give you a general overview of the system, the next steps (4, 5, 6, 7 and 8) will help you to go more in deep in the different options and menus of the platform.
4. What does creating a learning design consist of?
Creating a learning design includes different processes: define the general information about the design (name, education context, learning objectives, number of students, the duration ...), create the activities which will be done by the students, and link them with the most appropiate resources for fostering learning. Follow the next steps to learn how to design and plan your lessons with the edCrumble editor!
5. How can I manage, publish and share my designs?
Once you have created your designs, it is possible to edit, delete, share them... the platform offers social features allowing others to add comments to your design, mark it as "liked" or "favourite"... you also can publish a design to be used as an interactive visualization for your students... check the next steps for discovering how you can do it!
6. How can I reuse others' designs or see aggregated analytics of grouped designs?
In ILDE2/edCrumble you can explore all designs shared by others in the community, access, edit and reuse them! the platform also allows you to create folders for grouping several designs and generate aggregated analytics (for example for checking how much homework workload is planned for a specific course which has several subjects running in parallel). The following videos will show you how to do it!
7. How can I group people or knowing what's going on in the community?
ILDE2/edCrumble is an open community. Despite that, it is possible to group several members of the community and share your designs only with them -creating somehow a "private" group. You can also explore what's going on in the community and know which are the designs more reused, those members who have created more designs... are you ready? check the following videos!
